Class Description:

  • Discussion on the Mandala as a map for navigating the inner terrain, the Psychology of Yoga, consciousness and our emotions
  • Followed by a short artfully sequenced asana practice to embody and prepare for Meditation
  • Tantra Meditation and Energy Techniques of self inquiry, converse with your own inner wisdom to uncover any blocked energy and emotional patterning that isn’t serving you.

Practical Applications:

  • Develop a refined sense of self inquiry and awareness surrounding emotional patterns.
  • Discover how to relate in a healthier, more intelligent manner with yourself and others.
  • Become more Responsive rather than Reactive in your day to day life.
