with Heather Evans, MS, E-RYT 200, YACEP

The power of empathic, compassionate, and subtle hands-on and hands-off assists and adjusts in yoga can take a practitioner’s experience to a whole new level. Learning to provide these adjustments can be an empowering experience for both teachers and students.

In this workshop, we will review the layers of the subtle body;(re)member how to tune into body reading and space awareness; learn safe, respectful, and responsive ways of offering assists and adjusts; and put these principles and techniques into practice.

This workshop offers yoga teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance four (4) hours of in-person Continuing Education and is open to yoga teachers and body workers interested in deepening this aspect of their work.

Investment: $80
