Daiana has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for 13. Her Teacher Training was in Raja Yoga over a 2 year period. Her style of teaching has grown and evolved over the years and includes various breathing and cleansing exercises to purify the body and soul. Every class with Daiana is unique as she plans around the level of the students.
Over the past 10 years she has been travelling all over, sharing her passion and learning from different Masters.
