Hatha Yoga 1-2 is a progressive series of classes designed to build strength and flexibility in the body while developing mindful awareness in each posture. Yogic philosophy, as it relates to practice on and off the mat, weaves throughout each class. Hatha Yoga 1-2 is open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
