Hatha Flow Yoga with Megan Tomlinson
Participants will be led through a yoga practice with an emphasis on developing fluidity between the body and the breath resulting in a meditative practice. A variety of mindful movements will be offered in addition to an exploration of yogic philosophy. This class does have a physicality that is appropriate for most people – please inquire if you have concerns with physical injuries/general mobility.
