Intro to Yoga:
These classes focus on gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance.  Starting from the ground up focusing on the foundational postures will also create a greater connection to your own self, calm the nervous system, and increase your confidence in going to a yoga class.  Taught in a way where you can ask a question, feel supported where you are at, and use lots of props in a calming space.
