The 8-week Mindfulness Meditation Intro Course is suitable for beginners and those interested in deepening their practice and journey of awakening to the present moment. Learn simple mindfulness meditation techniques to develop stability in your daily life and uncover your true nature and inner wisdom. Practice being present and accepting of your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations while maintaining a friendly and kind attitude toward yourself. Each class includes a guided and silent meditation, teaching focused on the foundations of mindfulness and an opportunity for discussion.
