This unique self-massage class is an excellent addition to your self-care routine. We begin with a short series of gentle hatha movements to relax and open the body. Then you’ll be guided through techniques with rubber balls to promote circulation, ease tension and foster body awareness. We end with restorative yoga to invite you to completely relax and allow for renewal and rejuvenation of your entire system. This class suitable for practitioners of all levels.
