Pilates All Levels offers the option to introduce yourself to the Pilates foundations and advance at your own pace taking on more challenge as you are ready. This 60 minute class will teach you to engage your deep core muscles, tone and tighten the body with control, and assist you in developing mind body connection that you can take into your everyday activities with confidence. The class is taught progressively throughout the 12 weeks so registration is recommended to gain the most benefit.
