Yoga for Inner Calm with Sheron Jutila
Decrease the effects of stress, soothe the buzz of anxiety, & slow down the racing of thoughts. Relax body & mind, strengthen resilience & joy. This class will include joint freeing movements, easy stretching and strengthening poses plus breathing & awareness exercises. The poses will be presented with options to work supported (on a chair) or on the floor (on a yoga mat).
