Join us as we begin with 45min of playful, investigative, vinyasa flow styled yoga designed to prepare you for the transition into a 20min deeply nourishing meditation.
Each week we explore a different style of guided meditation, increasing your toolbox for presence in your relationships and responsiveness in your day to day.
Cost $115 for 10 classes/ $92 for 8 classes/ $15 drop in
