Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. To me, yoga is about creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help others find this release so they can be comfortable and competently move their bodies through life. I have been blessed to have yoga in my life in various styles for many years and as I deepened my practice, I have become stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga has inspired me to live each day mindfully.

I completed my 200YTT at the Red Buddha Yoga and Wellness in Isla Mujeres Mexico, and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers from around the globe have shared with me. I remain a student who continues to expand and grow daily, being inspired by this ancient spiritual practice.

My Ashtanga styled Vinyasa flow practice is created from the heart in a safe, uplifting environment for students to move and expand within their own body and consciousness. I like to combine creative sequencing, playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice and create confidence in your soul.
