This course is open to anyone wanting to understand yoga and its effects on the neurological system in relation to rehabilitation, stress reduction, chronic pain, and neuro-muscular facilitation. What if we knew we could use intentional movement and meditation to effect the neurological system, therefore effecting our experiences- pain, pleasure, memories, learning, self awareness and so much more? How can we share this practice with others to help them free themselves from pain, experience pleasure more easily, face and release painful memory, fortify new memories (habits/patterns) fortify new learning (thought patterns, muscle memory) and empower self awareness with self love and nurturing? This 4-5 hour course includes an optional yoga practice to wrap up the day.
