Bigger Body Yoga Workshop with Jill Moran. 

This workshop will include a short yoga session in a chair as well as an open discussion about yoga in a bigger body and how to make yourself more comfortable in a yoga class. Throughout the workshop you will do yoga that includes standing, seated, and poses where we lie down, with plenty of props to make all our moves achievable. You will also learn a few poses that you can do at work, at home, or even in bed so that you can incorporate yoga into your daily life. There will be plenty of time for breaks, refreshments, snacks, and conversation.
