Calm and Strong Hatha Yoga, 5:30 – 6:45pm with Jacqui
A balance of functional movement, classic Hatha yoga and a bit of poetry. Practice mindfulness as you are guided through thoughtful and creative sequencing. This class is for those who are looking to feel calm and strong in their bodies and minds. Jacqui will hold space for you with lightness, humour and grace.
