A balance of functional movement, classic Hatha yoga and Breathwork. Because yoga is more than a sum of its poses, we consider the philosophical and mindful aspects of the practice, and because our body wants and needs to move you will be guided through thoughtful and creative sequencing. This class is designed to hold space for what ever version of you walks in the door with lightness, humour and grace.
