Thursday Evening Flow to Nidra with Sydney Fletcher
A beautiful balance of effort and ease. This class begins by working through the body with some mindful and intentional movement and ends with a highly relaxing guided yoga nidra experience.
Yoga Nidra is a passive practice that helps us access our parasympathetic nervous system response. You will be guided through various visualizations and imaginatory practices. If you have trouble with meditation, this is a beautiful alternative. If you love meditation, you will love Nidra. And if you don’t love meditation, this might just be the doorway that sparks that love.

Investment for the in-person 6-class series is $120 and $12 for ONLINE drop-in
Pre-registered 6-class series offered in-person at Nourish Wellness in Comox. Online drop-in takes place via Zoom.
In-person class size is limited to 6 people to allow for adequate social distancing.
It is highly recommended that each participant have 2 blankets handy for practice.
