Hatha Yoga with Megan Tomlinson

This class will provide space for safely strengthening and stretching the body while weaving in yogic philosophy.  Participants will be led through mindful movement and yoga postures in addition to breath awareness and opportunities for moments of stillness. An exploration of yogic philosophy will be woven into each class . The intention is to leave the practitioner feeling nourished and whole.  This class is inspired by trauma informed principles and is suitable for all levels.

$130/10 class card (expiry June 30,2020)
