Stretch, flow “let go”. A series of classes focusing on alignment, flexibility, strength and at the center of each class, the idea that moving mindfully with breath helps us to find clarity of thought and a sense of Santosha “contentment”. As we explore the various asana (poses) there is opportunity to practice “letting go” of what we can and can not do which naturally helps us to find that same sense of peace off the mat. OH.. and always, a little core work 🙂 * if you do BOTH Tues/Thurs am… classes will be paired so they can be stand alone or sequential. All levels welcome.
