Low Flow, 5:45-7:00pm with Shannon Flaherty
Linking breath to movement to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening, this slower-paced flow class will give opportunity to explore postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Through the use of various modifications for poses, this class is well suited to those new to yoga as well as those looking to deepen their existing practice.
