Pilates Fundamentals with Namchi Bazar
Explore the Pilates principles and use your body/mind to activate, align, strengthen and lengthen your body from the centre outwards. Work with breath, gravity and resistance training to create a lengthened, supple spine and toned muscles. Use of props prompt the mind and sensory feedback enabling focused and intentional movement, supportive release and aid in bypassing habitual patterns of holding. Suitable for postpartum and limited mobility.
