6-weeks of post-natal yoga. Connect with yourself, your baby and other mamas in a 60 minute class of movement, core rehab and breath awareness. This is a light-hearted and free-flowing space for you and your baby. Limited to 6 participants (and their babies) to allow for adequate social distancing.
