Power Flow Stretch with Alana Taylor

Designed to compliment your sport of choice – these hatha based poses and sequences give the student a chance to open up those tight areas created through their daily routines.  Whilst finding some release and length we will also focus on maintaining and even building strength.  Additionally, breath work and tension release meditation methods will be added as determined by the studentship.

All levels welcome.

Session 1  
5:45-6:45 – Sept 14-Oct 26 – 7 classes
Session 2
5:45-6:45 – Nov 2nd – Dec 14 – 7 classes
Minimum: 6 people per class to run the session.
