Prenatal Yoga with Pamela Tessman
With music, candles, and a warm atmosphere, we will bring awareness to and connect with your baby, breath and pelvic floor. You’ll be guided through gentle strengthening and stretching poses designed to prepare you for labour and birth, and help you have a more restful sleep.
