This 8-week series is designed to nurture your inward journey into motherhood.
Classes foster a sense of community and belonging while bringing you important insight into your changing body.
Each class builds on the previous week to optimise the teachings.
Expect a nourishing medley of soothing movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness & group connection.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
