Yoga for Anxiety Relief with Sheron Jutila

This class will include joint freeing movements,  easy stretching and strengthening poses plus breath work and relaxation. Our focus will be on relieving anxiety and some of the side effects of. The poses will be presented with options to work supported (on a chair) or on the floor (on a yoga mat).
