Rest & Restore, 5:30 – 7:00pm with Akiko Shima
Would you like to feel rested and restored at the end of the day? This practice combined with very gentle movement, restorative poses and guided relaxation at the end. Everyone is welcome, especially for those who want to release stress, anxiety and chronic pain, and improve quality of sleep.
Runs January 2 to March 27. No class February 20th.
