Rest & Restore, 5:30-7:00pm with Akiko Shima
Who wants to feel rested and restored? This practice combined with very gentle movement, restorative poses and yoga nidra (guided relaxation) at the end. Everyone is welcome, especially for those who want to release stress, anxiety and chronic pain, and improve sleep.
Runs September 12 to December 19. No class October 10th.
