Start your day with some deep breathing, stretching, and energization with a gentle Hatha Flow Mat Yoga class. Participants are invited to try various options and explore movements that serve them best, as together we cultivate physical & mental balance to face whatever the day brings. No previous yoga experience required. All equipment provided; please wear loose comfy clothing and come as you are. Classes offered from a trauma-informed approach, with plenty of choices and freedom … let this practice serve you.

Held Monday and Wednesday mornings 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Nourish Wellness studio (2nd floor; access from back of building, left side stairs/elevator) on 1822 Comox Avenue, Comox. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up. Classes will be held 6 September through to end of October, possibly beyond.

Standard fee, if pre-paid no less than 48 hours prior to class: $12/class
Concession fee for those who are 65+, healthcare workers, first responders, CAF active/veteran personnel; if pre-paid no less than 48 hours prior to class: $10/class
Drop-in fee if class space is available: due on the day, either in cash or e-transfer: $15/$12/class
