Somatic Movement with Susan Cook
The term “somatic” refers to our inner experience of our mind-bodies. In these somatic movement classes we explore slow gentle movement patterns, with a focus on sensing ourselves from the inside. As we bring more awareness to HOW we move, we experience improved ease, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. At the same time we learn a lot about our whole selves and our habits!
These classes are designed for people with some previous experience in somatics or yoga.
Wednesdays 1:30-2:45 pm
