Join Barb for her weekly Spring Forest Qigong practice, ‘Transform Your Energy, Transform Your Life!’. Every Thursday evening from 6:15pm to 7:15am at Nourish Wellness in Comox, join other ‘Qi Transformers’ as you practice the simple, gentle movements of this meditative practice.
You will find that practicing in a group magnifies the energy and furthers the healing!
Drop-in rate is $12/practice. 6-visit cards available for a special rate of $50. Drop-in can be paid at the class. Registration is required for the special rate. After registration, you will receive your card at the class.
All are welcome! No experience necessary. Dress comfortably. Chairs are provided for the seated meditation at the end but you are welcome to bring a cushion, blanket or your own yoga mat if you would like to do the meditation lying down.
