Surrender to Stillness – A Workshop Series to Support Managing Life Stress
During each weekly session we will explore the inner workings of self. You will be guided and provided with tools to flow in life and manage the stresses.
We will be covering the following themes:
Mindset and Mindfulness talks
Journal Prompts/Self inquiry
Partcipants please bring a blanket, bolster, journal and pen.
