Adding 15 minutes to this class allows for an even fuller practice; from warming up with movement – to building strength in longer holds we will explore poses and sequences that are more challenging. This class will have more movement and perhaps more strenuous for shoulders and wrists – but options will be offered. Working through Vinyasa sequences and layering on power moves then finishing with a good stretch is my intention for this class. Join me to challenge yourself but also to ensure your basic alignment, the foundation of all good yoga, is there to help deepen your practice in a safe way.
