Mindful Movements: Trauma Informed Yoga with Taylor Cascanette
A safe space to meet yourself where you are at.
We support the gentle curiosity of noticing sensations in the body, and making choices based on what you feel. Move, stretch and breathe in a way that feels supportive for you. Share an experience with invitational language, and discover opportunities for empowerment, relaxation and growth.
All levels welcome. There will be no physical assists.
