Hatha Fundamentals = alignment, balance and breath

Tuesdays at 5:45-6:45pm with Alana Taylor

Join me Tuesday evenings for a Hatha series, which is alignment based, utilizing asana to open hips, build strength and find balance.  Poses are mindfully connected to create a flow of movement that is linked to breath.  Holds are long enough to settle into, cultivating focus and in the moment awareness. An all levels class – find your own rhythm, explore your own edges – options and variations offered for those with compensations.  All in all, a great general class where you will feel by the end lighter, longer, looser and of course, relaxed.
