This practice is one that is restful and restoring. We’ll start each class with some easeful stretching, incorporating breathwork and mindfulness and we’ll end each class with a 25-30 minute Yoga Nidra practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. There is very compelling evidence as to the beneficial impact that this practice has on balancing stress and rejuvenating the body.

Investment for the in-person 6-class series is $120 and $12 for ONLINE drop-in
Pre-registered 6-class series offered in-person at Nourish Wellness in Comox. Online drop-in takes place via Zoom.
In-person class size is limited to 6 people to allow for adequate social distancing.
It is highly recommended that each participant have 2 blankets handy for practice
