Yoga Fusion with Gwen Brown
Slow and strong yoga flows that will build strength and flexibility. Series will focus on spinal undulations, breathing exercises and building core and leg strength in postures. I play inspirational music during my classes and open with a mantra to Tara for compassion and peace. Previous yoga experience recommended but will modify for beginners.
January class schedule:
Jan 10 – Slow and strong flow for core strength to focus on iniating all movements from the inner core and root lock
Jan 17 – Slow flow to focus on strengthening the legs to build stamina and flexibility
Jan 24 – Yoga belly Dance fusion- Yoga flow to warm up then practice body isolations of abdomen, hips, shoulder and hands with simple choreography and music
Jan 31 – Slow flow focusing on arm balances and core strength
