Yoga has always been the taproot of my explorations in mindful living and holistic wellness, and a reliable support through times of healing and growth. As a yoga therapist and somatic therapy student, my teaching is influenced by the traditional teachings of yoga, modern research of the mind-body connection, and my own journey with mindfulness and movement. I welcome students of all experiences to nourish mind, body, and soul through empowering choices, gentle exploration, and mindfulness.
