Tina Pringle, Yoga Therapist & Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga

A group fitness instructor since 2014, I was first drawn to yoga as a way to release and stretch my body and offer this to my fitness clients. I soon discovered that the practice helped me in many other ways. The more I practiced, the better I felt, I was less stressed and more tuned into my intuition and connected to myself.
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yogafit in 2019. I knew immediately that I needed to learn more and jumped into Ajna Yoga College’s 800 hour program in which I completed a certificate as an Advanced teacher of Therapeutic yoga and then qualified as a Yoga Therapist in 2022.
I offer private yoga therapy, group classes and am available for contract opportunities to share yoga including private groups, retreats and wellness breaks at conferences and events.
In my private yoga therapy practice I work with individuals of any age, meeting them where they are at, addressing their specific goals by exploring mindful movement, breathwork and the many tools of yoga therapy collaboratively to allow the unfolding of their highest potential for wellbeing.
In my group work my specialty is working with those 50+ wanting to maintain or improve their health whether that be recovery from injury, surgery or illness or simply wanting to move and feel better. I offer a variety of classes including hatha, restorative, yin and Yoga Nidra as well as specialty classes such as Yoga for Sleep, Yoga for Golfers and myofascial release classes including the Tensegrity Repair Series.
I believe we all have a gift inside of us and that is the ability to learn, grow and change. I would love to explore a journey to greater wellness, vibrancy and peace with anyone who is open to the limitless possibilities this practice offers.
