Beginning slowly with heart centered self- inquiry and moves inspired by BLISSOLOGY into a power vinyasa style fusion flow incorporating repetitive plyometric and fitness based intervals to high vibe curated music. A class to challenge your body, engage your mind and awaken your soul.

    Dance can be a pathway to the Heart. Listening, Allowing, Moving Towards, Release, and then Integration is what we will learn as we use our bodies in movement/dance as a method of embodiment. Carefully selected music used as stepping stones with intuitive guidance in the form of words will speak to you as you move into your spiral, healing and growth. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and be prepared for elevation!

    Michelle is a massage therapist/body worker, yoga instructor, conscious movement/dance facilitator.  She is mother of 4, whom she home birthed and mostly homeschooled in remote, off grid wilderness locations of early family life. She is a strong healer and has devoted herself wholeheartedly to this for herself and those around her who are interested in such endeavours. She rests in the practice of Forgiveness and Gratitude as a path to Peace. She loves to walk in nature with her beloved husky as a way of keeping pure and connected to Source. Feeling empowered and connected in community is one of her most important priorities right now.

    A blend of styles that includes mostly floor poses (seated, belly, back). A slow moving and calming practice with stretching and easy strengthening. Suitable for those that are slow in getting up and down from the floor, have limited mobility or are looking for a mellow practice.
